As a partner at smallWORLD Team Building and an IAF Endorsed™ Facilitator, Cody leads more than 80 dynamic and successful team building events each year, helping corporate teams connect, communicate, and collaborate through purposeful play and experiential learning.
Driven by a belief that team building should be fun but never just fun, Cody designs creative and emotionally intelligent programs that spark ice breaking, idea shaking, and meaningful team dynamics. His bilingual facilitation (English/Chinese) is tailored to diverse cultures and business goals, with a style that is inclusive, rhythm aware, and professionally reliable.
Cody’s work spans across Asia, including Hong Kong, Macau, Mainland China (Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen), and Vietnam (Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Danang). His career spans multiple perspectives, as an event organizer for government institutions, a corporate client in a leading Travel Management Company, and a reliable service provider through his own ventures.
Bruno is passionate about innovation, marketing, customer service, and of course, travel. He has designed and delivered creative and impactful team building programs that foster collaboration, engagement, and meaningful connections among participants. His programs are known for blending experiential learning with strategic outcomes, making them both fun and solution-oriented.
Recognized as one of the most respected and well-rounded professionals in the industry, Bruno holds prestigious certifications including Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) and Certified Incentive Specialist (CIS). He earned a Business Administration degree in 1993 and an MBA in Strategic Marketing in 1998.
