What is it?
Connecting the Bridges is a hands-on team building activity in Vietnam where small groups use identical materials to build sections of a bridge within a set timeframe. Each section is later connected to form a unified structure strong enough to support a remote-controlled car. The bridge serves as a metaphor for overcoming organizational gaps and adapting to change, highlighting the importance of trust, accountability, and working together towards a shared goal.
